Here’s an entrepreneurial idea for someone with a mechanical-botanical bent: Invent a rotating plant stand, and not one that you have to keep turning by yourself like the one I currently have.

I’m envisioning a fully automated carousel, possibly even with remote control and timer programmed to rotate 90 degrees or so each day so I’m not stuck moving it around myself. Maybe it could be solar-powered.

On the other hand, strike that last thought. A solar-powered contraption probably would want to keep pointing itself toward the sun, which is the problem I’m currently having with the plants on my manually rotating stand.
