Funny of the day: Seven tries later, a learner’s permit
I’m not scatter brained. Really, I’m not. It’s just that some days I’m, well, organization challenged.
That’s why my self-esteem got a boost this morning when the daily Dad-O-Matic newsletter landed in my inbox and included a post about a teen who needed seven tries to get her learner’s permit.
Oh, she had no problem with the test. The issue was a lost Social Security card – yep, we’ve done that twice in six months, though the second was the postal service’s fault. Then Dad forgot his own driver’s license. And then …
