I just send my 3yo son up, usually with his noisy "Dinoco" helicopter from "Cars" - and he sets it off and tells mom and sis, 'It's 15 O'Clock in the morning!!! Wake up!!!!'. My logic is that they won't try to smack a little boy with a pillow when they would have at it with me. :) I gave up on waking up the wife and daughter long ago.
