The guys meet snow

Submitted by on Saturday, 3 January 2009 2 Comments

It wasn’t quite as glorious as Big Guy thought it would be — more about that later, though.

But in his sixth winter as a Poor Deprived Child, Snow Division, he finally achieved his goal. He got to play in the snow.

From sleds to snow ball rights to snow angels to toboggans, it was all there in a little boy’s winter wonderland.

Too bad only one of them really enjoyed it.

    Hey, Deb!

What beautiful boys. Enjoy them now, tantrums and all. They grow up all too soon, and your heart will ache for those toddler years. My oldest is a senior at WVU, my middle one is headed to WVU, and Gawd help us all, my baby “diva” is headed to East Fairmont. Look out, Bees, here comes the drama queen…

Anyway, I’ve been enjoying your blog immensely. Take care!

He he he. That’s exactly what I was reminding myself of today, as Boots stomped up and down every 3.6 minutes with some ridiculous demand. I know you’re right: Some day, I’ll miss it, hard as that is to believe right now.

Sheesh, where has the time gone? Wasn’t it just yesterday we were decorating the dorm room in Garfield?
