WHAT: Florida’s Natural Au’some Fruit Juice Sour String

WHAT: Dye-free and peanut safe. Also free of tree nuts, gluten and fat. Also Kosher.

THE APPEAL: A cousin introduced the guys to sugar-coated gummy worms recently and, of course, they loved them. Never mind that they’re loaded with dye Big Guy’s not supposed to have. Folks don’t always follow Mom’s rules when she’s not around. These are a better-for-them version, though I wouldn’t call it healthy.

COST: $10 for a 48-pouch three-flavor assortment (strawberry, blueberry and orange) at a local warehouse store. They also come in nuggets and sticks. Continue reading
